A LOCAL RISING REP
After years of domestic abuse, Elsa* found a safe haven for herself and her young daughter at a shelter in Santa Cruz, California. There she trained to run her own Rising business. Today, she sells scarves from Marculese, and other artisan survivors from around the globe.

A GLOBAL ARTISAN
An escape from traffickers brought Maculeuse to a remote village in Haiti. There, she learned to make exclusive Rising International signature scarves. With proceeds from her work, she can now send her children to school and fulfill her dream of a better future. See her scarves here.

Since 2003 Nancy has invited friends and family to her Rising Worldwide events where they shop and share stories. Several years ago, these events became so popular that she now hosts several events a year.

George brings his community into the virtual mix by frequently co-hosting with a member of the County Board of Supervisors in his town. He’s helping Rising Worldwide women reach the next level of economic security.
