These delicate earrings feature a sterling silver knot design. These new and exclusive earrings were made possible with a Global Gives Grant from the eBay Foundation, and is designed by Rising Artisans in Kolkata, India.
Creating jewelry is a powerful way for Rising Artisans to honor and develop their unique skills, goals, and dreams. Prior to graduating the jewelry making program, these women experienced various forms of injustice. As India’s first female goldsmiths, they are earning a good wage, and are empowered to make their dreams a reality.
