STORY
Covid-19 has hit Thailand hard and has crippled the economy and the livelihoods of most workers. Thankfully, workers making face masks have been allowed to travel to get supplies and continue their work from home or from the workshops they normally work in. The women making our face masks are from the Hmong culture in northern Thailand, which has long been male dominated. However, this is slowly changing. The Hmong women who make our face masks are now an important provider for their families, and this gives them an equal voice.
